Sunday 22nd Apr, 2018 1:30pm - 3:30pm	Victoria Park	St George's day Event. meet in Victoria park at 130. Collect at 3pm Best uniform including school trousers and school shoes.

Monday 30th Apr, 2018 6:00pm - 7:30pm	1st Newbury	Camp preparation- tent pitching Usual times at 1st Newbury Tabaqui/Jacala/YLs
Friday 4th May, 2018 - Monday 7th May, 2018 6:00pm - 7:30pm	Taunton camp weekend	Depart Newbury Rugby Club on Saturday morning @ 8am with day bag and packed lunch/drinks bottle. Cubs wearing cub jumpers and neckars, Practical trousers/shorts and footwear. Any medicines in named bag to be handed to leaders. Return Monday afternoon around 3pm.(to be confirmed)

Monday 18th Jun, 2018 6:00pm - 7:30pm	Northcroft	Grass sledging night YLs drop off for 6pm at the car park at Northcroft. Cubs to come dressed for outdoor games. No cub jumpers but neckars must be worn. Pickup at usual time (730pm) from car park at Northcroft.
Monday 25th Jun, 2018 6:00pm - 7:30pm	Fuces Farm - Headley	Beaver Linking evening - 6pm to 730pm Directions and instructions which are very important. Coming from Newbury, drive past Headley Tyres on the Basingstoke road. Turn left at the next turn into Galley lane. (There is a green bus shelter on the corner) After about 100m, turn left into Common road. Fuses farm is the last building on the left. We will be standing outside to collect cubs/Beavers. No one is to try to enter the farm. All vehicles must stay on the road. Once beavers/cubs dropped off, parents to continue along common road to the end and turn left. This takes them to a T junction with the Basingstoke road and they can turn right back on to the Basingstoke road towards Newbury. for pickup, wait in cars on the road outside the farm and we will bring cubs and Beavers out. They will be waiting when parents return. No uniforms required. Just neckars. Dress for the weather which will be warm and dry. Sensible footwear for a farm/field/woods.

Thursday 5th Jul, 2018 8:00pm - 9:00pm	Mary Hare School	Swimming evening for those that have told me that they are able to meet the stage 2 and 3 requirements. 8pm at the Mary hare school near to junction 13. Park in the area in front of the Arlington Arts centre. Walk to pool which is at 10 o'clock if standing with your back to the arts centre. (at the end of the science block) Parents can stay in the seating area.
